You are agreeing to our booking policy & terms.
Whether you are booking online/phone, to secure your appointment.
We will ask for your debit / credit card to complete the booking, our system is secure,
40% charge will be taken at time of booking.
However, YOU cancel your appointment within 48 hours you forfeit your booking terms, and a cancellation fee will be 100% charged.
Not showing to your appointment without Notification Will result to a full fee Service Booked, Thanks for your co-operation.

When booking an appointment, you accept the terms of the booking and rescheduling policy. you will be required to pay a deposit of 40%.
24 hours' notice is kindly requested if you should need to change your appointment
You reschedule your appointment under 24 hours, more than 2 times you will be charged 25% fee from the treatment booked
If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact 0433 324 825 at least 1 business day before your appointment. It can be very hard to fill rescheduled appointments at short notice. Last-minute without providing notice have a significant impact. This deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and securing valued time.

Pictures/evidence will be taken of facial area, email will be sent to main HQ office to for the staff to look into the picture, come back with an answer
